Q: Do I need professional photos?

A: No, just take a photo from your smartphone or grab something you've already taken from Facebook or Instagram! Our designers will take care of the rest even if the image is low quality.

Q: How is the artwork of my pet created?

A: Our artists will lovingly craft your portrait using a number of different digital techniques to ensure your pet looks at it’s very best. We use professional tools, retouching techniques and photo editing to turn your original photo into a work of art.

Materials wise, we use only the highest quality paper and inks to produce our portraits which is why they look so sharp and vibrant. All our designs are printed on a thick art paper stock to ensure they will stand the test of time.

Q: Do you only create custom art of dogs and cats?

A: No, we offer portraits of all shapes and sizes. From mice to horses! 

Q: What if I change my mind about the background colour?

A: That's absolutely fine. Until you agree to the finished design we won't send your artwork to production giving you the peace of mind that you get exactly what you want.

Q: How long will my order take?

A: Generally, The portrait can take upto 5 working days to be made for you to approve. if you live in the UK it takes 3-5 working days for order to arrive with you once approved. The portrait can take upto 5 working days to be madeIf you haven’t received your order within 10 working days please get in touch with us to let us know. International order can take longer depending on where you live, but generally it takes 5-15 working days from the moment you order.

UK Standard: 5 working days
UK Express: 2-3 working days
EU: 10 working days

Q: Can you send my prints to a friend if it’s a gift?

A: Yes, of course. A lot of people buy our products as gifts for other fellow pet lovers. Upon checkout, simply give us the address where you’d like the product to be sent to and we'll take care of the rest!

Q: Do you offer refunds?

We offer a full refund up until the point you approve the design. After that the artwork is printed and we can no longer offer a refund as the item is 100% custom made for you.

However if you item is lost in the post or arrives damaged, get in touch and we can arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.
