Take a photograph of your pet. You don't have to pay a professional to get a great portrait with us. 

You will see a upload photo button on the product page. Upload your favourite photo (up to 5)

Add your Pet's Name in the relevant field.

You can purchase more than 1 copy if needed. Just simply choose the option and the amount will adjust accordingly. 

Also, if you need it FAST... we offer a fast track service! Choose this option and your portrait will be pushed to the front of the queue! Get it in 2 working days instead of upto 5!

Purchase your product and let our team do the rest! 

We will email you a digital copy for you to review before we complete your order (this is your time to make any changes if needed) 

Follow these photo steps and you'll get a great pet portrait!

Take the photo from eye level - This isn't crucial but we think it makes the best portraits
Make sure your pet isn't resting on anything - We don't include furniture so make sure your pet isn't leaning over or obscured by an object
